How to Move China

I recount this remarkable story in a new book, To Move the World.

We use skeletal muscles so much. It's the one portion of our body our heart's always beating. We're always moving our muscles.

But instead of just showing us the information, we can take our finger and explore, and see, state by state, exactly how much wind potential there is.

We need to move Mexican society from denial and apathy to the next level of citizen response, which is, effectively, recognition.

We currently move around 1,000 to 2,000 kilograms of machinery to transport only one or just a few people, each weighing perhaps 75 kilograms (165 lbs.).

I'd spoken in Somalia, Burundi, Gaza, the West Bank, India, Sri Lanka, Congo, wherever it was, and they'd all tell me, If you can create a window of opportunity, we can move aid, we can vaccinate children.

When the Yugoslav wars broke out in the 1990's we watched as our neighbourhood burned because we had no means of responding to the crisis.

We can control all 12 of these petals for under 50 dollars and what this would allow us to do is not have to move the focus any more, but only move the petals.

It is no use lamenting the real danger of nuclear proliferation, while in practice standing idle as the Non Proliferation Treaty falls apart.

If we follow through on the responsibility to protect, then never again will genocide, ethnic cleansing and crimes against humanity be allowed to take place under our noses with nothing done.
