It is imperative that a habitation We have destroyed will not desist ( from unbelief )

And it is forbidden for any township which We have destroyed , that they may return . ( Once the disbelievers face death , their return to earth is impossible . )

There is a ban upon any city that We have destroyed they shall not return

And a ban is laid on every town which We have destroyed , that they Shall not return .

And a ban is laid on every town ( population ) which We have destroyed that they shall not return ( to this world again , nor repent to Us ) .

There is a ban on the town that We had destroyed that they will not return .

It has been ordained against every town that We ever destroyed that they shall not return ( to enjoy a new lease of life )

And there is a ban upon any community which We have destroyed that they shall not return .

It is forbidden for the people of any town that We have destroyed to return to the world they shall not return ,

( It is ordained that ) no village We have destroyed shall return

And there is prohibition upon the people of a city which We have destroyed that they will ever return

The people whom We destroyed can never return to this world

And it is binding on a town which We destroy that they shall not return .

It is ordained that no nation We have destroyed shall ever rise again ,

But there is a ban on any population which We have destroyed that they shall not return ,

The name of each such State shall be called in all roll calls, and its representative shall reply yes , no or abstention .
