In whose wealth the suppliant and the deprived had a share .

And the beggar and the destitute had a share in their wealth .

and the beggar and the outcast had a share in their wealth .

And in their substance was the right of the beggar and non beggar .

And in their properties there was the right of the beggar , and the Mahrum ( the poor who does not ask the others ) .

And in their wealth , there was a share for the beggar and the deprived .

and in their wealth there was a rightful share for him who would ask and for the destitute .

And in their wealth the beggar and the outcast had due share .

and there was a share in their wealth for the beggar and the deprived .

and in their wealth was a share for whosoever asked and for whosoever was prevented .

And from their properties was given the right of the needy petitioner and the deprived .

They assigned a share of their property for the needy and the destitute .

And in their property was a portion due to him who begs and to him who is denied ( good ) .

and sharing their possessions with the beggars and the deprived .

And in their wealth and possessions ( was remembered ) the right of the ( needy , ) him who asked , and him who ( for some reason ) was prevented ( from asking ) .

They allocate one part of the profits to retained earning, a second part to people in need, and the third portion to advance the ideals of the Economy of Communion.

That means full financing of the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, as well as vastly increased funding of organizations that provide direct services to those in need.

We recognize that the rapid response capacity of the international community still fails people in need of urgent assistance and we therefore call for enhanced support to the United Nations in its efforts to strengthen its response.

Few programs are targeted carefully enough to real needs or to the really needy as politicians buy votes by spreading coverage far beyond what is needed to achieve programs stated goals.
