I like to say chop suey's the biggest culinary joke that one culture has ever played on another, because chop suey, if you translate into Chinese, means tsap sui, which, if you translate back, means odds and ends.

Now, who came up with the idea of chop suey?

Then look again and again . Your gaze will come back to you confused and exhausted .

Again turn thy vision a second time ( thy ) vision will come back to thee dull and discomfited , in a state worn out .

Only unremitting pressure on the Republika Srpska and Serbia and Montenegro can bring this utterly unacceptable situation to a close.
