The President I am sure we all agree that there is special reason to think about the country that was hardest hit by the tsunami, with 130,000 drowned and 100,000 missing.

A peacekeeper who would exploit the vulnerabilities of a wounded population already the victim of all that is tragic and cruel in war is really no different than a physician who would violate the patient entrusted to his or her care or than the lifeguard who drowns the very people in need of rescue.
