In the area of coordination, inter agency assessment missions to Senegal and Uganda had led both countries to set up programmes to deal with the landmine problem coherently.

The evaluation of gender mainstreaming in UNDP was undertaken to identify gaps and further strengthen the UNDP approach to gender mainstreaming.
