In respect of the judgement against Le Praley, it found that the force of res judicata attaching to its 7 April 1992 ruling applied only insofar as that ruling struck down the Regional Court's ruling of 22 May 1991, and did not prevent the official receiver from applying for a winding up order against Le Praley.
