The responses indicated that the workshop was a success and most participants rated the effectiveness of the trainers highly.

Their contribution acknowledges the immediate response of our volunteers and trained staff in the countries directly affected following the disaster.

And so we decided to look at the idea of sports and create a youth sports center that doubled as an HIV AIDS outreach center, and the coaches of the girls' team were also trained doctors.

The coaches, Roma Altaf, Ahmed Wali and Abdullah Chandio, dedicate their weekends to ensure that the young athletes get all the time and practice they need to make their participation in professional games possible.

The quality of instruction in the centres has been improved through the preparation of programme user guides and training modules for instructors and students in the three NAFA centres, dealing with income generating activities.

Trained experts should then take part in a community level workshop in each country, oriented toward building an informed consensus and then presenting available scientific solutions.

They range from experienced counselors with psychology degrees to people with a certificate from a training institute to non certified people who just happen to be good at it.
