It is also for that reason that the current process for the reform of our judicial system deserves special support and attention from the international bodies.

From that perspective and this is my last point we appeal to all parties to participate actively and constructively in the processes under way in Kosovo.

Our country stands ready to increase its contribution to the international community's efforts in the Democratic Republic of the Congo in order to support the democratic transition process under way.

The ongoing cooperation and information sharing between the expert groups established under the Convention has proven to be very useful and should be strengthened.

Clearly, any violence that were to occur in Kosovo, such as happened in March 2004, would set the process back.

We urge all the parties involved to do their utmost to ensure the success of the process now under way in order to open up new prospects for the settlement of the Israeli Palestinian conflict.
