Additionally, young people highlight the need to invest in entrepreneurial activities for rural youth, e.g., by creating a fund for young rural entrepreneurs.

Effective insolvency regimes are increasingly seen as a means of encouraging economic development and investment, as well as fostering entrepreneurial activity and the preserving of employment.

Thus, business start ups in those circumstances tend to use older technologies and do not offer much in the way of innovation.
